By texting our service number, you consent to receive SMS messages from TextMyPay related to invoice creation, delivery, payment status, and account management. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your usage.

We do not share your phone number, opt-in data, or SMS consent with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to your TextMyPay number. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages from us unless you re-initiate contact.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers, solely to operate the TextMyPay service:

Surge — SMS delivery and receiving.
Anthropic (Claude) — AI-powered parsing of your job descriptions into structured invoices. Message content is processed but not stored by Anthropic.
Supabase — secure database hosting.
Vercel — website and application hosting.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure database access controls, and webhook signature validation for all inbound messages.
